A client relationship is only formed after:
You book an appointment through JaneApp,
You complete an official intake form, and
You attend your scheduled session.
3. No Therapist–Client Relationship Is Created

All information you submit through the Site (including quiz responses, contact details, and any health-related descriptions) is true and accurate.
You will not knowingly provide false or misleading information.
We are not responsible for problems resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by users.
