Movement is part of who you are. When it’s taken away (even partially) it affects your identity, your confidence, and your day-to-day life.
Struggle to bring your best to the activities you love (or not be able to do them at all)
Feel embarrassed when simple daily tasks suddenly feel impossible and you can't show up fully for those counting on you
Go to appointment after appointment, only to leave without any relief or clarity
Try the pills, stretches, injections… only to feel like nothing is lasting
And constantly think to yourself, “I should be better by now.” and bear the mental weight of whether you’ll ever “get back to normal”
migraines that take over your days (or your life…)
the stress that never seems to turn off (even at rest)
injuries from falls, car accidents, or sports
or even... lifting groceries and feeling something pinch, only to not feel right again… 😳
We understand that not just physically… but emotionally and energetically too.
And that’s exactly why you’re in the right place.
Whether that be…
Take the short quiz and we'll show you a therapist that is best suited to guiding you to your goals.

Not recovering properly
Modern life forces us into immobility and imbalance (too much sitting, too little movement, more prone to injury). Massage helps “nudge” the body back toward proper function.
Most focus on feel good approaches and spa like environments. We’re here to get you back to moving the way you want with less pain… and in less time.
Physical pain and limitations often mirrors deeper nervous system or emotional strain. Only by calming and guiding the nervous systems can you allow for the body to make positive physical shifts.
We pay attention to the small things most overlook — how you breathe, move, guard, and compensate. These subtle patterns help us understand how your body is responding, so we can tailor your treatment plan to what you truly need.
We’re empathetic and supportive in more than just a physical sense, but an emotional and energetic one as well. Deep connection enables deep shifts and better subtle-cue awareness that allows for profound shifts to occur.
We go beyond hands-on work by offering guidance, education, and at-home strategies tailored to you. Your plan supports long-term comfort, better mobility, and real-life practicality — even with a busy schedule.
Pain and discomfort rarely exists in isolation, other areas are compensating or contributing. Our approach always considers interconnected systems, not just the symptomatic area.
Lasting comfort isn’t created by pushing harder. We work at a depth that feels effective yet manageable, giving your body room to shift instead of resist.
Our team has navigated their own seasons of pain, stress, and injury. That lived experience helps us meet you with empathy, awareness, and a deeper understanding of what your body may need to move through it.
We pair you with the practitioner best suited to connecting with your body and getting you the results you need — not the soonest available.
We take into account the work you’re doing with other practitioners and tailor your session so everything complements each other — helping your body feel more supported and aligned, not pulled in different directions.
By combining whole-body understanding with nervous-system-aware treatment, we create a clearer path toward comfortable, confident movement that lasts.

"...probably the best massage I’ve had to date. "
I go to Maximum Health for a couple of services but recently based on a recommendation, I booked a Massage with Orasa. She is an absolutely fabulous massage therapist. She greets you with a friendly smile and listens to what areas of your body need work. She is great at loosening up all your problem spots. Her technique is unique to her and is probably the best massage I’ve had to date. Definitely book a massage with her soon
"...I have had many therapists massage me for my sport injury."
I have had many therapists massage me for my sport injury. I tried Orasa, as I read previous reviews. Orasa has 12 years and a multitude of various techniques from Thai, to deep tissue and relaxing massages. She even used parts of her body for even pressure. All I can say is it was awesome and I was super surprised. Don't believe me? Try her and you will be writing a positive eview on your own. 👍👍👍

Massage therapy helps you move better by increasing circulation, decreasing muscle tension and reducing pain. When circulation is increased to the tissues it brings in more oxygen and nutrients and helps remove waste products such as lactic acid.
Everyone is different, we’ll know better once we can assess you in person.
Yes, all of our therapists are fully trained Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) that have completed the minimum 2,200 hours of education to receive their certification. They are all recognized by major insurance companies across Alberta.
No, a massage should not hurt. For the most part it should feel good, but there are times when we are really trying to make changes in the tissue and it may be a bit uncomfortable. Communication is crucial at these times. Always tell a therapist if it is more pressure than you are comfortable with.
No, in fact… most of the people we see are average people that just want to move better and feel better, whether that be getting through work easier or being able to pick their kids up off the floor.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy to give our therapist a chance to fill that spot. More time is always appreciated but we understand it is not always possible.
Yes! As long as your therapist is registered (which all ours are), and you have coverage, you can claim your massage for reimbursement through your extended health benefits.
No, however you can claim your massage for reimbursement through your extended health benefits. We send you a digital copy of your receipt that you can use to be reimbursed very quickly.
The longer you wait, the harder it becomes for you to get back to feeling well again.
With a personalized plan, nervous-system-aware treatment, and clear guidance you can actually use, we help you move with more ease and confidence—starting with the right therapist for you.
